TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PURCHASE CONDITIONS
To make a purchase on www.fisiocrem.pro the customer must first accept the following conditions by checking the box “I have read and accept the terms and conditions”. The sale will not be made if the client does not accept the conditions.
Fisiocrem.pro is an e-commerce that offers natural cosmetics products for professional customers. The store is located at www.fisiocrem.pro (hereinafter, fisiocrem.pro) which has been developed by CASA PRONAT, S.L., with C.I.F.: B-63181085 and with address at C/ Gregal, 1 P.I. Can Pruna, 17421 – Riudarenes (Girona). The sale of our products is made exclusively for professional customers.
- Customer Base
Orders placed by customers in our online store, fisiocrem.pro, are exclusively subject to the following General Terms and Conditions. We do not accept the conditions of the client or of third parties that differ from ours unless we have expressly accepted their validity.
- Orders, Hiring and Counterparty
With the provision of products in the online store for purchase, fisiocrem.pro does not make a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract on these products. The offer to enter into a purchase contract is made by the customer when making the purchase of the products that have been included in the shopping cart.
The customer will see a confirmation window with the details of his order in which he can check and correct the necessary data before placing the order.
Just upon confirming the order you will receive an email with the order confirmation, which in no case will represent the acceptance of the offer.
The contract will be carried out once CASA PRONAT SL accepts the offer, either by sending the products or the corresponding email in which it expressly accepts the conclusion of the purchase contract. This will also apply when you have paid the purchase price before the conclusion of the contract or authorized the payment.
In case CASA PRONAT SL cannot accept your order due to lack of stock or if the contract is not celebrated for other reasons, CASA PRONAT SL will reimburse the advance payment immediately.

- Storage of the Contract Text
We keep the data of the order that you have entered in accordance with the data protection regulations and the client can request us to provide it. In addition, during the order process, you have the option to print your order and the data entered. If you have a customer account, you can also view the details of your order in your customer area by entering your personal access data. As part of the order confirmation, the order data is sent to the email address specified by you.
- Delivery Area, Delivery, Supply Reserve
At fisiocrem.pro we serve our products throughout Europe (except Spain, Italy, Portugal and Poland). Unless stated otherwise in the offer, the customer will choose the appropriate delivery method and the shipping company will be UPS.
The delivery is carried out at the delivery address specified during the purchase of the product. If possible, you will receive your order in a single shipment. If a separate shipment is necessary for technical or logistical reasons, you will not incur any additional costs.
Delivery to the delivery address specified by you is made within 3 to 4 days (subject to delays caused by environmental reasons).
- Prices, Shipping Costs, and Discount Codes
All the prices indicated are fixed prices in Euros (€) that contain the Legal Value Added Tax (VAT). The VAT refund is excluded.
Shipping costs vary depending on the amount purchased and the delivery country.
Discount codes, whether promotional codes or gift codes, can be entered at the end of the order in the field Do you have a discount code?. To apply the discount, you must click on the Redeem discount code button.
Unless otherwise specified in the offer, payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. We reserve the right in each order not to offer certain types of payment methods and to refer to other methods.
CASA PRONAT SL will withdraw from the PayPal account or the Customer Credit/Debit Card the amount of the invoice immediately after the reception of the order.
Payment by Credit/Debit Card
Payment by Credit/Debit Card takes place through Banco de Sabadell.
Payment by PayPal
The invoice amount will be paid through PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., 5th Floor 22-24, Royal Boulevard, 2449 Luxembourg. The user must be registered in PayPal, or register before making the payment. During the order process, you will be directed to the PayPal website, where you can register with your user data and confirm the payment on our behalf. The purchase price will be charged immediately.
- Reservation of Property
The products remain the property of CASA PRONAT SL until the complete payment has been made.

If the products delivered are defective, the legally recognized rights will apply.
- Limitation of Liability
In the event of non-compliance with our obligations due to slight negligence, our liability is limited to the direct and typical average damage that would be foreseeable due to the nature of the assets. This also applies to breaches of obligations by our legal representatives or auxiliary agents.
We will not be liable to employers in case of breach of non-essential contractual obligations due to slight negligence. The limitations of liability mentioned above do not affect the customer’s claims arising from product liability. In addition, the limitations of liability do not apply to the personal or health damage of the client or to his death, when it is imputable to us.
- Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Alternative Dispute Resolution
The law of the Spanish State shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as it does not conflict with any international consumer protection law.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform that can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
- Language of the Contract
The language of the contract is English.
Consumer Information Document on Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day that, you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquires the material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or email to: CASA PRONAT SL., C/ Gregal, 1 PI Can Pruna, 17421 – Riudarenes, Girona, Spain, email: email@example.com). You can use the withdrawal form model below, although its use is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, CASA PRONAT SL will refund all payments we have received on your part, including delivery costs except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different mode of delivery to the least expensive delivery method offered. Without any delay, and at the latest, within a period of 14 days from the date on which CASA PRONAT SL is informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly provided the contrary. You will not incur any expense as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
For returns, you must contact CASA PRONAT SL by contacting our customer service (phone 972 74 93 42, email firstname.lastname@example.org) that will provide all the necessary information to make the return. The return costs are borne by CASA PRONAT SL.
The customer will be responsible for the decrease in value that the goods may suffer only when said decrease in value results from unnecessary manipulation to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the products.
Exclusion or early termination of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of non-manufactured goods and whose production has been tailored according to an individual choice or instruction by the consumer or that are clearly adapted to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
